The car park behind the Stanhill Social Club appears to be the current place of choice for some car owners to dump their rubbish rather than take it home and bin it.
We did a grot spot pick up yesterday and took a large plastic bag of bottles, cans and packets up to Whinney Hill tip along with an umbrella and an air mattress.
Stanhill only stays tidy if we are vigilant so please report any littering.
